About me
I am a Certified Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist, accredited by the National Council for Hypnotherapy.
I am also a HeartMath Clinical Certified for Stress, Anxiety and Self-Regulation.
I use both approaches:
- Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
- Efficacy evidence-based Hypnosis
Using both methods and several techniques, I help people that are going through difficult personal, professional or familiar situations in life. Especially those that gives us anxiety, fear and pain.
My journey
I was born in Colombia, raised in Spain and now live in The UK. I love working with people of all genders, ages, backgrownds and cultures: each one of us is a special and unique being and we all have unlimited potential and gifts to be explored.
I have a business background, (I studied a MBA and worked in a corporate environment for years); but after suffering anxiety myself, I decided to take action and became so immersed in the mind. That led me on the journey to become a therapist.
I gained an understanding of how what happens in our environment, not only affects the mind, but also the body and its energy levels. I learned how to activate my natural ‘Healing System’, leaving anxiety and worry behind. I learned how to recover my health, creativity and peace of mind.
I made it my mission to share this knowledge, because with the right techniques, anyone can overcome their limitations, conquer their fears and live a full life. This rewarding and beautiful career allows me to teach research led therapeutic tools which allow my clients to recover their overall heath, achieve their goals and become the best version of themselves.
I am a registered practitioner within the General Hypnotherapy Register and I also have a check enhance DBS that allows me to work with adults and children. I offer sessions in English and Spanish.
